Nato is not about providing defense to member countries. Who in his right mind would attack France? Or Germany? Or the US? Or the UK? Or... Tell Natos generals to give you one example when a mad man attacked a Nato member since Nato creation. So Nato is really not about defense against a Russian threat or a Chinese threat or a mad man threat. Nato, the real nature of it, is a collection of bullies that put their power together, military, economic and industrial, media and propaganda...to launch attacks on any country the resources of which they want to exploit, the government of which they want to change...And because of a multiplier effect, Nato, as a collection of bullies is stronger than any of its members taken individually. You disagree with me? Ask Gaddafi, or Assad or Saddam or whomever was in power in Afghanistan. Sadly, in every country of Nato, certainly in Canada, they have a zero tolerance in schools for bullying but apparently bullying nations is fine.
