Needing advice before I explode! There is this mean kid that lives beside me. Hes 12 years old and totally has it out for my 7 year old. Tommy is intimidated by him because this is not your average kid. You can tell he has lived hard knock. Cusses me out, spits at my son, puts eggs in my mail box, it never ends!!!! If my son Walks outside he is verbally and sometimes even physically attacked. Ive called the police on him after getting no where with his dead beat mom ( she has kids she dont even have custody of and in CHILLICOTHE to get your kids took you have to be a complete loser!) and the police basically told me its a sad case and this kid will likely end up in more trouble as he gets older. Ive tried the nice approach. I invited him to talk and he talked a good game and then as soon as I turned around I was every filthy name in the book. I have to have this housing for Mattys condition. Moving is not an option. Im heartbroken for my son, angry at the situation, and ready to snatch this kids mom up but that would only teach my kid the wrong message but my hands are itching. Today Matty is sick as hell. Bad cold, congestion, and going down hill. Im so stressed. He starts throwing snowballs and rocks at my house until my sick baby is crying hysterically !!! Im toatally at the end of my rope! Anyone got in advice???
