Never Leave the Playground interview with Stephen Jepson. He is too young to be 72 years old. (Y) :) He has found the basic truth to life & he believes that our BODY is made to MOVE & to be ACTIVE just like when we were a child. Never Leave The Playground is a program of activities that stimulates the growth of the brain and body by specific training of the hands and feet. His method has two main goals: to promote good health and to have fun. Train both of your Hands & Feet to do New Movements to allow the New Brain Cells so to grow. If our Mood is improved, we can be more hopeful & optimistic in Life. _____________________________________ I may have amazed & inspired hundreds of thousand people throughout the World with my Muay Thai skills & my striking Abilities at 64 years old. But Mr. Stephen Jepson can do so much more with his Hands & Feet than mine can. He has no time to feel his age. :) I am glad that I have discovered his Videos:Never Leave The Playground. He has tremendously inspired me to keep moving & to stay active. So far, I have lost few of my Skills for lacking of a Gym to practice Muay Thai since my wife & I have moved to Massachusetts from Southern California since November of 2011. Because I can only get some Exercises when I teach and I only teach once a Week. That is NOT good for my body & I will keep losing my existing Muay Thai skills. For this reason, I have promised myself to NEVER complain about Life and to have Reasons to NOT to move & to stay active anymore. From now on, I must live my Life instead just of trying to survive. To all Muay Thai & Martial Arts Practitioners: You should train your Left & your Right Hands & Feet to do New Movements or to practice, train & strike ALL of your Techniques evenly with both of your Hands & Feet from both SIDES of your Body. So your Brain Cells will be allowed to grow. As a result, you will stay young longer with a healthy body & mind. (Y) :) If I can move about 5-10% of what Mr. Stephen Jepson can do, I will be a very happy man at his age of 72 years old. :) When I grow up, I want to become just Mr. stephen Jepson. :)
