To join a highly successful engineering company based in the M idlands. Experience in C orporation T ax and VAT is key to be successful in this role. Duties will include : month -end tax reporting and forecasting for supported entities, c ompletion of annual statutory tax packs for multiple entities, p rovide adhoc tax assistance and support . Y ou will also become a point of contact for any tax related questions, k nowledge of Inward Processing Relief and Deferred tax, additionally US to UK. The ideal candidate will have s ystems knowledge of SAP & Excel (advanced), e xperience with dealing with external tax bodies (HMRC) is advantageous but not essential. Other non tax related tasks will include the c ompletion of VAT General Ledger accounts (input/output) reconciliation, p rovide support to Actuals/Forecast reporting, m onthly EC Sales List and Intrastat return for multiple supported entities , and the s upport of the continuous improvement initiatives across the whole of group. The Ideal candidate will be qualified (CIMA,ACA,ACCA) with post experience in a similar role.
