An exciting key role has arisen for a MECHANICAL DESIGN MANAGER to be based within this division. This opportunity has become available due to several recent project wins specifically for a mix use Residential & Commercial new-build development in the heart of London. This continued growth of the business is down to their commitment to providing the knowledge, skills and enthusiasm to make the difference to their projects & their many Clients as a result. Duties and responsibilities of the Mechanical Design Manager * To Manage and Control the Technical aspects of Projects, and ensuring that projects are delivered to the clients brief and technically sound in accordance with agreed schedules * To attend Client and Design meetings * Follow Project Management and Procedures * Review and Verify Designs produced by Direct Reports and Team Members, providing Guidance and Feedback.
