New Job Sales Order Processor - 55112125 Industry: IT Job Type: Temporary Location: Chertsey, England Salary: £9.00 per hour My client requires an urgent Temp to join their busy Sales Order Processing Team ASAP and therefore must be available to start immediately. KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE To provide a Start to Finish SOP and Sales administration function including the processing of new orders, moves, and collections to our internal and external customers within agreed timescales. To ensure all aspects of Corporate sales and SOP Administration are carried out in an accurate and timely manner. To perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Sales Order Processing Manager or Senior Case Handler. PERSON SPECIFICATION Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all level. Previous experience of working under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to reach targets and deadlines. Ability to think outside the box and work on own initiative. Working as part of a team to reach targets. Attention to detail and ability to multitask and facilitate. A flexible approach and the ability to adapt effectively to changes. Ability to motivate and help others to achieve required standards and goals. Proficient IT skills - Word, Outlook, Excel. Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively. Experience in a Sales Coordination/Direct Distribution/Logistics Admin role desirable. Experience of computerised sales order processing, purchasing, stock control and service management systems in a fast moving goods environment.
