The Sales Process Author will be responsible for the design and implementation of a new document governance system for the advisory sales process. In addition to providing the governance framework the role-holder will also be expected to process map the current sales process and then re-author the process using the new document governance system. The role-holder will also be expected to simplify and clarify the existing Client Suitability Procedures.
