New Panel Discussion: Lets get real about fascia! The research is amazing, the theories incredible, the texts and articles being published undoubtedly important, but... how can we actually affect fascia? Lets make a list of credible techniques, their theorized benefit, best-practice guidelines (acute variables), and their place in a routine or treatment session (as in, before lengthening but after mobilization, or as a cool down at the end of a routine.) I find that when it comes to fascia and practical application the lines between muscle, fascia and joint techniques quickly get blurred, science gets fuzzy, and suggestions get really vague... lets fix that.
