New UpDate Dear Member, We apologize for the delay in paying out your withdrawal. AGN is about a week behind in processing withdrawals. We are currently working on withdrawals that were due on August 28th. Withdrawals due September 4th will begin paying out within the next week. Also, only verified members have been getting paid so far. Some unverified members from August 14th have been paid because we have already processed the verified members from that date. If you are still unverified, there is no need to send in your documents. We will verify you using the Argent Pay verification process. Once that information has been ported over to AGN, if you are verified with Argent Pay, you will also be verified with AGN. This should happen within the next week. As an alternative to waiting, you can make a withdrawal if you have a Solid Trust Pay (STP) or Payza account. If you email us with your name, username, and email, as well as your STP or Payza username, we can process this for you within a couple days. Please put in the subject line: STP WITHDRAW or PAYZA WITHDRAW. Again, we apologize for the delay. Please be patient for a little while longer as we work to build a better AGN for our members. When writing to support, always include your USERNAME and EMAIL ADDRESS in the body of your email.
