There is a significant amount of administrative work associated with this position, as one of the primary responsibilities is to track advertising schedules and compile back-up documentation for marketing settlements with each incoming show. As part of a fast-paced and results-oriented environment, the successful candidate will have superior time management and organizational skills, exceptional proofing skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook Calendar functions, and Adobe Creative Suite programs for the Mac, especially InDesign and Photoshop. This full-time position has a salary range of $28K-$30K/year, plus a great benefits package that includes health insurance, a matching 401K plan, and performance incentives.
