Makes decisions independently on engineering problems & methods, and represents the organization to resolve important questions. Able to manage, control, and monitor every equipment and maintenance schedule to make sure that every elements is working well Computer literate (MS Office program, computerized accounting & internet) Have good command of English Having leadership skill to direct subordinate and also good planning ability to ensure that the target achieved Mature, detail & meticulous, self motivated, independent, and able to work individually as well as in a team Willing to be placed at Cilegon (SUJ Factory) Job Description: Ensure the operational work is based on the Standard Operation Procedure Perform Data Sharing with the operational division Ensure equipment run smoothly during operation and always in good condition Able to analyze, troubleshoot, and find solutions for every problem that occur Monitor any incoming coal from the pier (drought survey) to the Dry Coal Yard and Stockpile, put on each block according to its coal requirements (manage stockpile) Conduct analysis of coal, both visually or by taking samples so that the accurate data will be obtained. Coordinate with the Operations & Maintenance in maintaining the reliability and accuracy of all operational equipment. Prepare reports and manage data consumption to ensure the performance and operational processes to be able to function normally, effectively, and efficiently.
