Bodyweight only 3-2-1 workout 3minutes strength 2 minutes cardio 1 minute ab/core active recovery Here is how to get it done 3minutes strength (30 sec each for 3 moves and repeat ) - push-up to pray - moving pushups -superman crunch 2 minutes cardio (30 sec each for the 2 moves and repeat ) - suicide side shuffle -crab kicks 1min ab/core -squat oblique crunch This is one of the bodyshref circuits (1 of 4 ) . Bodyshred is NO REST so in actually Bodyshred class you would do warm up (3 min) then (4) 6 minute circuits then cool down (3 minutes ) for kickass 30 minute workout
