No longer having a reason for pre-show jitters today gives me space in my brain to think of something silly. :) A bit of folklore Ive heard all my life says that youre not supposed to see bluejays on Friday, because theyre busy carrying sand down to the Devil in their beaks. Naturally, theres a bluejay sitting in the cypress tree adjacent to our patio, right now. I speculated to my company that perhaps this one has the week off.
