No matter how the message has to come across, please listen and heed - STOP BULLYING! If youre not a bully, please speak up against it. For those have been or keep getting bullied, take it from me - SPEAK UP or it wont stop. October is anti-bullying month. Bullying is not just physical, its also psychological. Please do your part to put a stop to the hurt many people face every day. My Martial Arts team has been doing their part for a few years. Next month we will be doing so in a different manner - on film. Some people see clearer through visuals so I wrote a script that will send a 3-part message on this subject, with my MA team as the actors, and with some help from other great friends and supporters against bullying. We start filming in December - you will see this message before Spring. But dont wait for MY message. Do your part - we ALL have a part.
