Northern issues: Mother came to visit from Turkey for a few weeks, whenever she cooked something fried she collected the left over fat in a bowl. Now shes left me a full bowl of lard. The moral dilemma I face; cook with lard or throw it away?!? Im more a veg/olive oil kinda guy, but as I have northern blood the idea of throwing away anything that can be consumed is beyond comprehension. Cheers Mum!
