Not overheard at UP but I think this is something worthy to post about: From a CNN reporter while reporting on Typhoon Hagupit (non-verbatim): To all those who are living in the coastal areas, you better go to higher ground because of the 2-4 meter storm surges that are expected to happen in your area. If we get this forecast wrong, blame us later. But right now, everyone should go to safety. Just goes to show that even those living outside the Philippines hope that all the forecasts about the strength and possible damage that the Typhoon Hagupit/Ruby may bring are all wrong and everyone on the typhoons path may all be spared from this catastrophe! Lets continue to pray for everyones safety!
