Now back to the zucchinis...flowers that is. Carefully clean the cup of white cap mushrooms and chop them, they should be finely chopped, but still little pieces should be visible. In a pan saute the mushrooms with the shallot( finely chopped as well) for about 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350. MIx the egg with the cream, add salt and pepper. Drain the mushroom mixture. Put back in pan and add the egg cream....stir well. Now fill the zucchini flowers with the filling and put on a baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes...ready. This is a light dinner, you could also use it as an appetizer and impress guests with it.
