Nueva Ecija Federation of Dairy Carabao Cooperative - Nefedcco is in need of MARKETING ASSISTANT:) The Nueva Ecija Federation of Dairy Carabao Cooperative (NEFEDCCO) is now the prime mover of dairy products in Nueva Ecija as a result of its strong efforts. Nefedcco is a cooperative for producers of buffalo milk. They approached Share People for the development of a strategy to improve the marketing of buffalo milk products. To get an overview of the chain, the team divided their activities in three fields of analyses: purchase, production planning and sales. Following their research the team was able to make several recommendations to improve the process of milk production, such as the extension and the duplication of the unique ‘milk bar distribution system, hiring sales people and standardization of production processes. The team also showed Nefedcco the importance of financial analyses. Finally they gave tips concerning the planning of the organization Nefedcco JOB DESCRIPTION: • Develop and deliver business plans through market research/analysis • Arranging promotional events in Nueva Ecija Area. • Assessing the results of a marketing strategies • Assisting the manager in writing reports and analyzing data • Communicating with clients to create new accounts/customers. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Prepare annual business development plan • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs • Increase the company’s involvement with existing client • Deliver accurate business reports • Pro-actively hunt for or target organizations and establish communications with those who will benefit from the company’s products and services. • Handles existing accounts with their requirements. • Build referral and lead generation network. QUALIFICATIONS: • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing Communication, Agri-Business or equivalent. • Female/Male not more than 30 years old. • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office • NUEVA ECIJA AREA preferably Munoz-Talavera-Rizal-Llanera Are) • Willing to work @ San Ricardo, Talavera, Nueva Ecija • 1 year experience/Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Experienced in Sales and Marketing Activities with effective strategies and also in business development function, preferably in IT industry. • MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE Skills required: • Professional effective presentation skills and excellent oral and written skills. • Negotiation skills. • Outstanding positioning, business justification and closing skills.
