OATH OF AN ERROR ELECTED PRESIDENT YET TO VACATE FROM OFFICE I, JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA having been challenged by those three petitioners in the highest court of the Republic of Ghana do in the name of the almighty God swear that I will accept the verdict of the supreme(should it go against me); that I will at all times respect, accept and vacate the presidency of Ghana; and I thank Afari Gyan for exposing me in the full glare of the whole world as an error elected president; not forgetting the poor work done in defending my legitimacy by both my counsel and that of the NDC. I further solemnly swear that should i at any time break this oath of vacation, i shall submit myself to the laws of the republic of Ghana and suffer the penalty for it.
