The demonstration is Tomorrow April 2 At 5.00 p.m. President Obama will be in Chicago to support fundraising activities and we are preparing a declaration to ask President Obama to stop deportations and extend the DACA for all immigrant families that could be protected with an eventual legalization President Obama is under pressure coming from immigrant rights groups, labor movement, city governments and elected officials to use his executive power to end deportations and extend the deferred Action program to all immigrant families, similar to the executive order he signed for the young people known as the “dreamers” The Mexican and Latino community feels very disenfranchise with the Obama’s record of 2 million deportees. Mostly from Mexico and Latin America. These deportations are creating a tremendous impact in families that are divided, children sent to foster homes and parents sent to their countries and furthermore the deportations of US Citizens children, that find problems with their documentation in Mexico and in other countries.
