ODE TO RAIN Fight or flight, or flying to fight ? What’s your mission ? Who or what can possibly benefit by defacing the Sky, tagging it with gaseous graffiti, your relentless jet trails ? Is the thundering roar of your military jet engines trying to compete with Nature’s Clouds, trying to illuminate the Sky with atomic lightning, trying to squeeze geoengineered rain from chemical clouds onto the parched and thirsty Earth, scorched by the toxic and radioactive fires of your futile, fruitless, wasteful, polluting, devastating, genocidal, ecocidal, criminal, robotized wars ? Can the trails of your military jets, or your wars, ever subdue the Sky, or force Nature’s Clouds to gather, dance, and quench the Earth’s thirst with Nature’s Rain ? Rain is the Embrace of Sky and Earth, the Communion of human hearts sharing Peace, Water is Life, the Presence of Love !
