OFFICAL ANNOUNCEMENT TIME! On Saturday, August 30th, the Barony of Wiesenfeuer will be holding a demo at the Choctaw Oktoberfest! The demo will start at noon and run untill 7pm. This is a high traffic time for the festival, with people attending from all over the state and perhaps even out of state. We would like to extend an invitation to all groups in the area to attend, so we may have region wide representation. The owner has offered that any SCA in attendance will be volunteers of the festival, and that means complementary food and drink tickets! If your group is interested in joing us for this great opportunity, we ask that you designate an organizer/contact for your group. We will also create a page for organization of the demo. There will be lots of areas to volunteer for, and we ask for those attending to consider giving at least 4 hrs of your time since the festival is willing to be so generous with us. All things Midieval German, or Germanic is recommended, but by NO means required, just bring the best your personna has to offer!
