OFFICE OF CHIEF ELECTION OFFICE, CMOAI APEX ELECTION NOTIFINATION The Secretary General (Actg.) CMOAI Apex has notified the Election of CMOAI Apex and nominated Sri S.C.Gupta, G.M. (HRD) ECL has Chief Election Officer vide letter no. CMOAI-Apex/SG/13-14/95 dated 23.09.2013 as per the power conferred on him by CEC held on 28.07.2013 for conducting the election of CMOAI apex. I, S.C.Gupta G.M. (Mining) HRD Deptt. ECL has been nominated to be Chief Election Officer for conducting the Elections. In accordance with the letter, I hereby declare the Election of CMOAI Apex as per schedule mention below :- SCHEDULE OF ELECTIONS 1) Date of Notification 18.11.13 2) Filing of nominations 25.11.13 3) Last date of filing Nomination 30.11.13 4) Last date of withdrawal of nomination 02.12.13 5) Date of scrutiny of nominations 03.12.13 6) Declaration of eligible contestants 03.12.13 7) Date of election 22.12.13 Counting of Vote ( After 06.00 P.M. ) 22.12.13 9) Declaration of election results 23.12.13 Important Note: Date of submission of names of two Election Officer with Mobile No & Address, Member ship list ( July paid in August’13) As well as the eligible voters with their mobile no. and place of posting shall be submitted to Chief Election Officer by 25.11.2013 duly certified by subsidiary President/Secretary. In case be informations are not received by 25.11.2013 then voting and nomination for CMOAI Apex body will not be considered for that defaulting branch. Timing of voting will be from 10.00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. on 22.12.2013. The mode of election will be direct i.e. all the eligible voters list submitted by the Subsidiary shall be intimated directly of Chief Election Officer duly signed by President/ Secretary latest by 25.11.13. After the said date no alternation in the certified list will be allowed by CEO. Ballet papers will be supplied as per the final list of voters by 19.12.13. Each Subsidiary will elect one Vice President from their Branch to represent in CMOAI Apex. Eligible voters from subsidiaries will vote for this post. Duly stamped & ink signed ballot papers shall be made available to the respective Subsidiary Election Officers on or before 19.12.13 by the Chief Election Officer. The Branch Election Officer may make arrangements to collect the ballet papers before 19.12.13. The counting of votes shall be made at the respective subsidiary and the votes of Ballot papers are to be sent to Chief election Officer before 12 noon of 23.12.13. The Subsidiary Election Officer can declare the results of the Branch Vice President (Apex) and officially communicate the same to the Chief Election Officer. Further CEO will also officially notify the results of Apex body on 23.12.13.
