OK. I had to share this...One of my tenants called me and said that he could not pay his rent for September because child support took his check! So hes trying to explain to me what his plan was to pay his rent as his new girl friend is in the background cursing him out. He says I will be able to give you X amount of dollars on the first of the month. His girl is yelling in the background No you aint! You owe me money for the Jordans you got over the weekend! He yells, Shut UP and she says No Dumby you should have told him the truth. He says I knew I should have left you alone! Her response was Oh well, Im here now and if you dont know from yo last relationship its cheaper to keep her! I had to hang up and I was ROTFLin!!! True story. SMDH
