Nobody...and I repeat... NOBODY should be arrested and held in jail for months for something they have said...and especially facing years of federal prison for something that was obviously a distasteful stab at humor. Be careful, ladies and gentlemen, when using your right to free speech. As Voltaire said: "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
