OK what would anyone else do. I went urgent care last Sunday and my throat was so infected and swelled and he seen white strips so he didnt bother doing a strep throat and gave me antibiotics for 5 days (z) pack. The insurance only paid for three and I had to call bronson to get the other 2 okay. my pa calls me wed am and wants me to go to regional labs to get mono and strep checked. Some how it came back all ok. I said to the nurse thats impossible my throat is so swelled and inflamed. So I said I need to be on something and she said you cant prescribe for yourself and said I dont need it. I said well then I will have to do something else can u get the other 2 pills okay. So she said then go back to urgent care. She was pissy the whole time and talking over me. I hung up on her. So now the sore throat is back and my ear is hurts still bad. With me not getting the full dose of antibiotics and perhaps the three took care of the strep for a while, Should I go back to urgent care today. Still feeling like crap.
