Teacher Assistant - Part-time Position The person employed in this position will be working in a team environment to provide programs for children aged 4 & under, and occasionally children aged 12 & under. Duties: -Planning and implementing games, crafts and other activities for children -Maintain records of participants in the program -Demonstrate and provide strategies and guidance to encourage parental involvement in games and activities -Create a friendly and inviting environment by ensuring the area is clean and in good order -Attend staff meetings as required Qualifications: Persons interested in this position must be at least 18 years of age and have direct child care related experience.
