OPLAN KALUSUGAN VOLUNTEERS Were on the last week of preparation for the Oplan Kalusugan medical mission of Oplan Hatid in partnership with the Canadian Medical Assistance Teams (CMAT) and the Philippine Childrens Medical Center (PCMC).
