OUT OF STOCK! Because of several factors we are unable to order more than a couple of hundred kilograms of flour to be blended at a time, and our gluten-free requirement means a complete set up and breakdown of a room and machinery each time. Compared to the hundreds of tonnes of flour that Wimpex Ltd processes for other companies both locally and overseas, our little order has ended up further back in the queue than usual and we have been given a delivery date of second week of August which is three weeks after we made our order. We have had similar delays more than once in the past and I have been putting in effort to ensure we dont keep running out of stock but I was still unable to prevent this. In the past Wimpex has not been in such a busy period and we have been able to get a turnaround of about one week. We have requested the factory manager by phone to push our order ahead as much as possible but otherwise it is outside of our control. Affected customers have been emailed.
