Oh air Vanuatu, why do you hate is so! We have arrived bright and early for our 6 am flight only to be told that, according to their records we only have a confirmation of our itinerary- not of our ticket. That means we cannot board or must purchase a new ticket. After 1 1/2 hours of heated discussion the gate to our flight closes and we are not on the plane. 5 min later the pilot bursts into the office. He asks what is going on? Then with cool authority says there is room on the plane, we have to leave and they say they have paid. Im taking these guys. OUR HERO! We board the 12 person plane to much applause and even more relief
