Oh my!, sprained my ankle playing soccer with my neighbours child, yesterday, in soooo much pain,lol. 10th time for this ankle netball. Grrrrh helpless as, Rhys gone to do his mechanic course, and well il just pig out on these cockells we collected yesterday. I must admit, theyre a mission to open, even after boiling.
