Ok, I am not sure if this is the right place on Facebook or not, meaning I hope this gets out to you. I am not a fan of Facebook, but things are happening that might change my mind. Now that my husband is the ward missionary leader for our church he is on fire with ideas. Tomorrow for family home evening we are going to talk about ways to know our neighbors better(all of them, up and down the street). Anyway, last week he told me he wanted to start a blog. I was, of course surprised. He is the one that made me skeptical of writing anything personal on the internet to begin with. Then he showed me an article which talked about people who can use the internet to share their testimony or just things going on in their life. Of course, with anything you still need to be careful. I have friends on Facebook who are Latter Day Saints, and I, respectfully, also have friends of other faiths. Essentially, what I am saying is if my husband can create a blog I can get on Facebook more often than I have and share some things too. I hope I am given a warm reception as I journey into this quest of personal progression and join my friends alike in contributing more. The mutual theme for the year is "Stand in Holy Places and be not moved". You can be a servant of the Lord wherever you might be, even on the internet!
