Ok I have a question for everyone that I am really looking at pursuing with my job... Do you think it is socially responsible or irresponsible (and why) for the child support office to provide condoms during visits as a preventative measure for population growth and children in the system not being provided for by biological parents??? To date studies are trending that 70% of the children in our current case loads will one day be a parent seeking child support services. Just looking for insight after all the Health Department does!!!!
