Ok, Id like the Groups opinion: As many of you know I have a GT500 (and I know this is a Mustang Forum), but my Girlfriend has a 2014 Fusion (only 3 months old with just over 4k miles). The other day we went to Goodyear Tire Center for the Fusions first balance and rotation (lifetime). The next day we found all four Rims damaged (see pics). As you see, there are chunks of aluminum missing off the surface. Goodyear offered to fix the problem. My question is, should I demand a New replacement of (all 4) Rims or rely on Goodyear to patch the aluminum and repaint these once brand new rims via a Third Party? My first thought was to demand New Rims through their insurance, but so far a fix is all they offered. Ford wants $250 a Rim. I dont know how much it will cost Goodyear to have a third party to fix (they will not tell me). What would you do? Any view, thoughts, and/or opinions are appreciated.... and Thanks!
