Ok, Im going to lay it out there. Might step on some toes, but whatever. All you folks wanting to look and feel better need to get up off the couch and make it happen. Wishing it will happen is not going to work. There are no short cuts, no fad diets that melt the fat, raise your metabolism, and keep the fat off. The only way to do this is hard work. Build muscle, wich raises your metabolism and sheds fat. It is a lifestyle, a very good one at that. The world would be a much healthier and happier place if everyone did this. Here is how to do what I do. You have to 1. Eat right, if you put crap in you are goong to get crap for results, eat good stuff and you will get good results. 2. Workout, it only takes 2-4 percent of your day to do this, 30 minutes to an hour, only 2-4 percent! Why isnt everyone doing this!?! 3. Get a minimal amount of 6 hrs. of good deep sleep, I call this beauty sleep. 4. Be as positive and happy as you can, positivity yields positive results, negativity yields negative results and we dont want that. I feel awesome and one day I hope to look as good as I feel. Everyone can have this if they so choose so. I believe that every last one of you can do it. I cant tell you it is easy, but I can sure tell you it is well worth it. I know we all want to look and feel better right? So what are you waiting for? Get up and get started! Right now! Yes you! Go!
