Ok. We HAVE to be more diligent at the box office. There have been several mistakes made lately and double checking would have prevented these mistakes. Some examples: 1) We received a sanction payment yesterday for $75.00. There are no sanctions that require that amount to be paid. If you are unsure please ask or look at the cheat sheet that is hanging by the sanctions. If it is for a partial payment, we do not take partial payments. 2) When you balance your drawer, make sure your actual cards balance with your ending balance. 3) If someone comes in to pay a career center payment and fills out a sheet, process the payment immediately and give the customer the reciept. Please try to direct questions to me first. I know a lot of times I dont know the answer but it helps me learn if I have to take a question to Amanda. Thank you for your time. Michele
