Ok, everyone asks about our Thanksgiving menu....we always have our Thanksgiving the Saturday prior to the actual Thanksgiving....yesterday we had 28 people here....our menu: Turkey, Dressing, Mashed Potatoes, Candied Sweet Potatoes, Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Pecan Streusel topping, butternut squash gnocchi with sage parmesan cream sauce, green bean casserole, cranberry crisp, rigatoni with meatballs, sausage, Italian antipasti salad, corn pudding, appetizers, desserts. Thanks to everyone who brought their speciality and my neighbors who cooked the turkeys....couldnt have done it without you....Santa even stopped by (all the way from his workshop in Iowa), thanks Julie Fleming-Folger for bringing Santa....all leftovers consolidated, laundry done, everything put away, thanks Papa you worked your butt off....
