Ok guys, here are a few things that we would like our customers to be aware of... We are fully insured therefore upon delivery you must sign a Liability Waiver Form that our insurance company requires each customer to sign, we no longer accept personal checks and once we deliver an inflatable and you sign the Waiver, pay the rental fee and we leave the inflatable in your possession that states to us that you are satisfied with the equipment and your fee is non-refundable. If there is a problem with the inflatable then that is treated entirely different but if it is because you dont like the color or its not the one you thought you wanted or the one you really wanted was booked so you changed your mind then that is when the fee is forfeited.
