Ok people- if youre into taking a chance on a really cool film for which I did the score, download Happy Slapping from iTunes. Its made by the same director who did Elephant Shoes (still playing on some Air Canada flights!)- his name is Christos Sourligas and he sent his Mastercard to the Max to make this. If youre looking for a worthy cause to donate ten bucks, this is it! Think Blair Witch in an urban centre, but with smart ass kids that get into serious shit for filming nasty antics and upping them to YouTube. A great film (NSFW!) and Christos is an awesome talent. Did I mention I did the score? :) Also, another Montrealer by the name of Annakin Slayd did some really awesome hip hop, composed specifically for the movie (he did the hockey anthem Rock the Sweater). Oh, Tristan D. Lalla is in it too (another awesome actor and a voice in the Assassins Creed franchise!) Jesse Camacho and a bunch of other wicked actors are in it as well. 100% shot on iPhones!
