Ok so Im so angry right now and I have to vent. I just booked by holiday through Expedia and NEVER will I EVER DO THAT AGAIN!!! Wont bore you with the details but the Coles notes version is as follows. Tried to book online, didnt go through, just kept saying processing. Called customer service and for almost an hour he asked me 4 times what my information was then said there was an error with the computer and it was billed twice then he said no problem hed fix it then he dropped my call. Called back and the new guy fixed it but when I told him I expected something for my wasted time, he said hed give me a $25 hotel voucher, what the?! I told them that wasnt good enough and called corporate HO and they issued the $50 refund to my credit card I expected. But that was only after I got six more grey hairs and blood pressure shot through the roof. That is THE LAST TIME I AM DEALING WITH EXPEDIA!
