Ok, some of you wanted me to post my noodle recipe so I did my best to get it all in Enjoy and Have fun! Homemade Noodles Honestly, this is such a simple recipe you will never buy noodles for your soups again!! It works best if you have a kitchen aid mixer and a dough hook. If you don’t you can use a bowl and wooden spoon. Whisk together 2 cups flour ½ tsp. salt Make a well in the center of the flour mixture Add: 2 large eggs, ¼ cup water, 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Mix together with dough hook slowly and keep stopping to make sure the flour is all mixing in. If it seems sticky add more flour a little at a time and if it seems to dry add water a few drops at a time until a SOFT DOUGH forms. Place dough on a floured surface and break into 4 pieces. Roll out each quarter until it is fairly thin. Using a pizza cutter or pastry wheel cut into strips of any size you wish Add straight into simmering soup and cook until done to your liking. This is such a fun recipe for kids to help with. The girls like to roll out the pasta and cut it into strips. It is also fun for them to drop them into the soup. TIP: use a metal spatula to scrape the cut noodles off the counter so they don’t get stretched too long.
