Okay. Chris Barber and some others are playing this music game. I got Sugarloaf. Sugarloaf was a band from the 70s era. I dont even have to Google info on the band because I was actually a fan! I remember they were on the Liberty record label. As soon as I heard the hit Green Eyed Lady I had to run to the local record store and buy the album. I was amazed at the musicianship of the band featuring Jerry Corbetta and a smoking B3 organ. I always hated the radio version because they edited out all the great parts to save time for airplay. Later in the bands career, they realeased another hit Dont Call Us, which featured some dialog using Wolfman Jack, a familiar gravelly voice in radio, touch-tone phones dialing, (which I found out later the numbers being dialed were unlisted numbers of CBS records, who had previously turned the band down for a record contract, and an unlisted phone number for the White House), and several other sound effects throughout the track. Ive played these tunes myself with bands throughout my own musical endeavors. Thanks Barbarino!
