Okay people! New way to boil eggs, super easy! Instead of putting them in a pan with cold water and bringing it to a boil just fill the pan with water only, bring to boil and then use a spoon to gently lower them into the boiling water. Give them at least ten minutes boiling. Pull them, dump the hot water and shock those lovely ovi with really cold water. Let them chill in cold water ten more minutes and then peel like in video. They come out perfect. This is great for my egg loving friends, my friends who cook, or my friends who have kids/big families to feed. I particularly think Tony Moore and Lizzie Zobro would love this, maybe you too Misty Tyers and Chatte Papier.
