Okay, sitting on ice with ice sitting on me. I was blessed with a basket from the girls yesterday, and more food for the feast next week! Thank you, April Rae Peavey, Peggy Heath-Bouchard, and Anita Willet, for your caring gesture, and all the love and prayer being poured out over me. God is good! I have a doctors appt today- hope we have a solution. Also, my good brother, Gordon, brought up the legs to an amazing table he found on a BURN PILE along with its matching chairs, and put the table together for me. He is so clever at reconditioning things, and seeing simple fixes for what looks like ruined furniture! I am so thrilled- a matching table and chairs for my sunny, beautiful kitchen. Its like a Country Living photo with the island Gordon built for me, and the knotty pine cabinets Ernest Mitchell built for this house 25+years ago, all the lovely dishes Rosanne has given me and the teasures I have aquired at yard sales and thrift stores! Not to mention all the cute towels and do dads I steal from Phyllis Giles Chambers during the chinese swap(haha) we hold at the annual church Christmas party...wonder what Im taking from you this year, sister...I must be the finest living poor person in town! I must be a daughter of the King!!!
