On December 8th my #samsclub order was cancelled by them (order #3331499731 ). On December 10th they deducted $833.63 from my bank account. I called and they told me a refund had been issued. I waited until December 19th to call back to allow enough time for it to be processed. I was then told no refund was on file but because of the confusion they were expediting a refund that I would see in my account within 2 business days. On December 23rd I called back to find out that still no refund had been issued. After spending the rest of the work day on the phone myself, standing at customer service at my local sams club while they sat on hold, I was told I need to submit a copy of my bank statement to #adrianamunguia , the supervisor. I had my bank fax it. I also emailed it to her at #adrianamunguia@samsclub. Ms. Munguia promised me she would follow up at 7 am on December 24th. She told me she would call me to update me first thing. I did not hear from her again until this morning, December 26th via email. Her email stated she was working on it and would get back to me shortly. I still have no response and no $833.63. I am in utter disbelief that a company as big as #samsclub needs to hang on to my $833.63 after I submitted proof. Is it their system? The employees not doing their job?
