On Friday, I saw a parent complaining to Rosa Parks front office - TopicsExpress

On Friday, I saw a parent complaining to Rosa Parks front office about how easy it is to walk into the school during school hours without checking in with the front office. He was citing examples of parents walking in and out during the school hours. I sorta echoed his comments and told the front office that they should do something about it. I think it is time Rosa Parks tighten the entry into school premises during school hours. Especially, with too many gun related incidents (no I am not going into the political debate) and news coming about Brownie Salesmen in the hood, it is even more critical for them to tighten the school security. If you have a kid going to Rosa Parks, please take a moment to tell the school authorities that they should tighten the entry points to school (just a board asking people to sign in is not enough) and regulate the flow till the school bell rings. It is better we speak to them now than feel bad later. I request all Rosa Parks parents to take a moment and talk to the school authorities. TIA.
