On behalf all those who have supported my Campaign in Warrandyte a Massive thank you. Its been a fantastic journey which has provided a healthy swing ( In the largest booth in the electorate 11.29% swing) but more importantly its about being involved with passionate Labor supporters and Volunteers, creating new friendships that will last a lifetime. On a shoe string budget we punched well above our weight, we fought a good fight. So many people to thank...Shaun Leane (Currently the best cartoonist in parliament, I am still hoping to take that mantle from you) Brian Tee and James Merlino who have been terrific supporters and mentors through the process - all the great candidates in the East of Melbourne.. Tony Clark,Peter Harris,Lesley Fielding,Pauline Richards,Tamika Hicks, Matt Posetti,the fine Mayor of Maroondah Tony Dib and finally Allistair Mcinnes the finest campaign manager in the east who kept together not only my campaign but assisted in a number of others in the east (Hats off to you fine Sir). Finally to my family, they have been brilliant with their patience and support during the last few months and will be happy to see a bit more of me! In the end its about delivering Victoria a Dan Andrews Labor Government - we did create history and I am proud to be part of it. Thank you to each and everyone who supported the campaign and voted Labor. One of my favourite sayings is Its all about the journey and for me its been a wonderful experience. Goodbye for now.
