On my day trip to Nara today, I witnessed something remarkable. Hundreds of deer freely roaming the streets. These deers are protected as national treasures. According to ancient folklore, they are sacred and considered messengers of God in the Shinto religion. But dont be fooled by the cuteness, these hoodrat deers dgaf. I bought these crackers to feed them and next thing I know I was surrounded by a herd of them. They kept staring me down like a bully demanding my lunch money( 6th grade flashback). Luckily my instincts were quick enough to survive their intimidation techniques. As I fled I noticed one stop traffic (picture below) and stare a car down. These deers have no regard for human life.
