On nice days, a good portion of my 500 or so neighbors (I live in a big building) exit onto our courtyard and carry a tray of grillables to the community grills near the gazebo/pool area. They are usually grinning in anticipation and often followed by family members with grilling tools or cheese or the like. In the height of summer, there is a vertible parade daily out all the exits. I would like to announce that on this first day of snow-covered, 5C, spring-- THE FIRST VOLLEY OF THE GRILLING PARADE HAS BEGUN. Huzzah hardy spring-celebrateurs. May the burgers be delicious.
