On the eve of Indias Independence day, former Education Minister of Delhi and presently MLA Manish Sisodia violated the Motor Vehicle Act, riding motor cycle with out helmet along with his supporters, he crossed the limit, when he insulted the Nation pride during public function in Delhi, violated the the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971 read with the Flag Code of India, video footage with the Total TV and news telecast by the channel today on August 15, 2014. Hence Kadyan Khap International along with the People for Animals Haryana demands: 1. Immediate FIR against Manish Sisodia for the violation of the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971 read with Flag Code of India and Motor Vehicle Act etc. 2. IPC 188, 120-B also be imposed on them because the Ministry of Home Affairs along with the Chief Secretary of Delhi issued strict instructions and advisories to abide the laws of the land. 3. Manish Sisodia, being an MLA also violated the legislations related to oath because he has taken oath to abide with Indian Constitution then how he can insulted our National Flag of India? It would be pertinent to mention here that insult of National Flag FIR already lodged against AAP party leaders in past and they are habitual offenders, can not be allowed any further, to use our Nation pride as publicity tool.
